Engine Oil Filter Machine LYC-50A Oil Filter Cart. LYC-A series oil filter machine is a two stage filtration machine. It has two filter cartridges. One is coarse filter cartridge, filtration accuracy is 100 micron. Another is fine filter cartridge, 3,5,10,20,40 micron filter elements can be choose according to your actually requirement.
APPLICATION
●Filter when the hydraulic lubrication system oiling
●The bypass filter when the hydraulic lubrication system is working
●The cycle filter before the hydraulic lubrication system put into operation
●The oil of the hydraulic lubrication system doesn't filter pump-out by the pump of the device itself.
FEATURE
1. The oil filter includes a special motor-driven gear pump with the features as low noise, strong self-priming capability, smooth operation.
2. High-pressure pipe with overflow protection device can effectively protect the safety of hydraulic system.
3. Protect by thermal relay, prevent the motor damage that caused by the motor overload.
4.The strainer of the inlet port is used to protect the pump and extend the life of the host filter.
5. The filter housing use quick-opening construction, it can quickly shortcut to open the cover and replace the filter without any tools. The panel is equipped with a pressure gauge, can indication the operation conditions and filter pollution of the system continuously when it is working.
